• Make sure your lenses and frames are rated for ANSI +Z87 Safety Standards.  This will save your eyes should you take a random rock chip to the face.
• Choose a frame design that takes into account the stem arm length.  Longer frames do not fit under the helmet very well.
• Anti-Fog or hydrophobic lens coatings will keep your eyewear from fogging under the helmet visor.
• Choose a lens that adds color and depth perception on flat light or cloudy days.
